Highly accomplished and results-driven professional with over three decades of extensive experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations. With a solid academic foundation in Chemical Engineering, he has built a distinguished career by consistently delivering operational excellence across leading multinational and national companies. Throughout his career, He has held key strategic roles ranging from Production Supervisor to Supply Chain Senior Manager, demonstrating exceptional capability in managing end-to-end operations, including production planning, procurement, logistics, cost control, and quality assurance. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring that organizations consistently achieve targets in quality, delivery, and efficiency.

He possesses deep expertise in developing and implementing world-class factory management systems, including internationally recognized standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO TS16949, and ISO 22000. His ability to integrate these systems into complex operations has significantly enhanced organizational performance and competitiveness. Widely recognized for his strong leadership, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement. He has successfully led large teams, optimized workforce performance, and delivered sustainable operational improvements. Dr. Ir. Hasbullah, Ph.D

Highly experienced professional and recognized subject-matter expert in industrial engineering, manufacturing systems, and quality management, with a proven track record across industry, academia, and professional certification. He began his career in leading multinational companies, serving as a Quality Assurance professional at Epson Indonesia and later as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Johnson Controls. He also held managerial roles in the logistics and manufacturing sectors within international companies such as Aisan Industry, Connell, and DB Schenker, where he developed deep expertise in quality systems, logistics, and industrial operations.

He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia and a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management from Universitas Negeri Jakarta. His international exposure includes advanced training in Japan at Chiba Polytechnic Center, Mitsuboshi Industry (Kobe), and Aisan Toyota Training Center (Nagoya), focusing on Japanese Work Ethics, 5S, Just-In-Time, and Kanban systems. Currently, he serves as an Industrial Engineering lecturer, BNSP-certified competency assessor, higher education performance assessor, Certification Manager at LSP TMI, and a national Halal Auditor under BPJPH (LPPOM MUI). He is also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, consultant, and trainer specializing in ISO management systems, quality, and productivity improvement—consistently delivering measurable impact across organizations.

Muhammad Haikal, S. Kom

A dedicated and reliable professional with a strong academic background in Information Systems from BINUS University, currently serving in an administrative and marketing role. This position plays an essential part in supporting the successful execution of training programs, consulting projects, and client engagement activities. With solid expertise in administrative processes and data management, operational activities are ensured to run efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. Strong organizational and coordination capabilities are demonstrated in managing training logistics, participant administration, documentation, and communication, contributing to the seamless delivery of programs across various sectors, including logistics, quality, productivity, and management information systems.

In addition to administrative strengths, structured thinking and strong digital proficiency enable effective support for marketing initiatives, information management, and professional client communication. Coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders is maintained with clarity and consistency to ensure smooth project execution.
